Summary what was youth exchange about: 

In the context of disinterest and distrust by the European people vis à vis the European Union, the increased recurring abstentions during successive elections, the tide of nationalism, we think it is imperative to work on the values of this Europe, and share them with the youth who can disseminate them to the population of the European Union and its neighbours. Based on the experience that began in 2017, Humanhymne, a hymn for Europe, links the Ode to Joy and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights together in a celebration of human identity. We gathered together, in Luxembourg, young people coming from the Mediterranean region, Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, neighbouring countries and from the Greater Region, which is a sort of European laboratory, to examine these values and offer a methodology to promote them. It is the responsibility of the young participants, and their organisations, to develop this promotion after the meeting in their respective countries and at the European. Level through various activities and concrete steps.

Participants were from Luxemburg , France , Greece , Portugal , Turkey , Latvia and Slovakia .
