More information about youth exchange:
The Local Impact Agent intended to be a project capable of creating an impact on its participants that will encourage them to feel and take responsibilities in their rural communities. It is believed that the drama of the desertification of the interior and its inequality in access to opportunities can and must be combated through the strengthening of the compe- tences and the motivation of the new leaders in rural areas, making it decisive to develop structure actions and strategies with them at an early stage of their training.
The activities werearranged in an non-formal learning perspective, participatory methodologies that enable participants to learn in a practical and reflective way.
