Summary what was youth exchange about
The overall objective of the youth exchange is to reduce unemployment among young people and to inform young people about the procedures and methods of job search (writing of successful CV, applications and motivation letters, simulation of a job interview, job search plan, methods of self-employment through social and green entrepreneurship). The goal of the project is also a mutual exchange of knowledge and experiences among the participants as also good practices in job seeking.
Participants will enhance the knowledge and skills to use English language and communication with other participants and the presentation in front of a group will strength their confidence. Participants will also improve knowledge about labor markets in their and in other partner countries involved in youth exchange and this could also facilitate access to the European labor market and increase the chances of finding a job. Participants will also expand their knowledge of the Erasmus + program and all the opportunities offered to them through the “Youth Guarantee”.
