The Youth Exchange “Think Green”, was a project organized by Wineyard Youth, had as a main topic of increasing the awareness of young people towards recycling and to promote zero waste awareness. Funded by the Erasmus+ program, the Youth Exchange was developed from the 10th to the 19th of July 2021 The Think Green project intended to be a project capable of creating an impact on its participants that will encourage them to feel and take responsibilities in their communities .
The youth exchange had as main objectives inform young people about waste management, increase the motivation and competencies of young people on waste recycling, improve the ability of correct waste classification to young people, inform about the scope and results of environmental pollution, raise awareness on the recycling of products in the local area.
The activities were always arranged in a non-formal learning perspective, participatory methodologies that enable participants to learn in a practical and reflective way.
