Summary what was training about:

This project aimed to educate participants and provide them with the appropriate expertise in order to boost young people’s entrepreneurial ideas, competences and skills and make them develop certain abilities that can make them more competitive in the labor market. Entrepreneurship is a key feature that can limit unemployment of youth, develop every kind of useful skill and bring innovation inside European Union.

The educational method that were used, were Non-Formal and Informal education. Participants had the chance to experience a different approach in learning and teaching, develop their creativeness and function in teamwork and cooperation with different kind of youth. They hold conversations and exchange ideas and practices, making space for future collaborations.

The whole project was focused on entrepreneurship and the development of skills useful in the labor market. Youth leaders and workers are going to acquire a comprehensive view of how entrepreneurship works. They also learnt how to mentor young people that are willing to begin their own business or develop their idea in order to make a profit out of it. Apart from that, they learnt some certain skills that every person searching for a job should hold and be ready to develop them in young people in need, back in their countries.

Participants watched and created videos, make presentations and prepare business plans in teamwork. They also presented their organizations and their countries, participated in the intercultural event and took breaks while conversating with each other.

Although the project was implemented in Poros island, a day was spent in Athens, with lots of activities including a cultural trip.

Participants were from Greece , Poland , Lithuania , North Macedonia , Turkey  and Slovakia .
