The overall objective of the proposed project was to reduce unemployment among young people in countries with below-average levels of employment of youth in relation to the EU average. The specific objective was to inform young people about the concept of startup entrepreneurship and ways of how to realize their own business idea via startup firm. The goal of the project was also a mutual exchange of knowledge and experiences among the participants about startup and introducing them with good practices in world of startup.
The main activities during youth exchange were workshops, lectures (created by participants) field study in which they exchanged and gained different knowledge which were useful for them during realization of their own ideas through startup firms. Participants learnt about startup scene on EU level and national level of countries included in this project, they learnt how to make business plan and marketing plan for their startup firm using non-formal learning methods, how to engage in startup through social and green entrepreneurship, how to make best of crowd-funding, business angels and EU funds for starting the startup firm.
