    About the Hosting OrganisationRegen is based on an organic farm in transition to an agroforestry model, full of fruit trees, shrubs, herbaceous plants and vegetable gardens.For the past 5 years, the association has been offering courses on permaculture, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, bioconstruction and holistic health. It also runs a permanent edible forest project, where local communities meet monthly to learn about sustainable food production and eco-friendly living.Regen regularly hosts workshops, training courses and community events, combining theory with hands-on practice in the fields.The Venue – PalombaioThe project takes place in Palombaio, a small village near Bitonto (60,000 inhabitants) in the Bari metropolitan area. Bari – the capital of the Apulia region – is easily reachable by train and bus, including direct connections to the airport.Volunteer ActivitiesAs a volunteer you will support different aspects of regenerative farming and community life, such as: Agroforestry management (pruning, plant care) Composting, biofertilizers and microorganisms Plant nursery and fruit harvesting Eco-building and maintaining indoor/outdoor spaces Helping in the kitchen and with logistics during workshops Documenting activities and posting on social media Along the way, you’ll learn about permaculture design, natural successions, soil regeneration, composting, and practical tools to manage an agroforest.Accommodation & FoodYou’ll live directly...

Through outdoor sports, mindfulness practices, creative workshops, and open discussions, you’ll explore ways to manage stress, build healthy routines, and create safe, inclusive, and bully-free spaces. Together, we’ll turn simple daily actions into powerful tools for wellbeing – while building friendships and enjoying intercultural moments surrounded by the natural beauty of Portugal.The project will take place from 10 to 18 September 2025 and will bring together 25 young people (aged 18–30) and 5 group leaders from Portugal, Poland, Ukraine, Czechia, and Slovakia.     Activities   Creating and collecting visual content and interviews during events and activities Video and photo creation Supporting online courses and conversation practice with staff, local people, and students Learning Italian Participating in daily gardening tasks with local volunteers Helping with logistics and setup for workshops, programs, and public talks Supporting and coordinating community gardening projects with local groups Assisting with social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and blog/website content Accommodation, Food, and Travel   Accommodation is provided by the Siena Art Institute and is located in the center of Siena (20 minutes on foot from the school). Volunteers will stay in shared double rooms with shared bathrooms and full facilities, including Wi-Fi. All utilities are covered. Volunteers will help maintain cleanliness and follow local waste disposal guidelines. Italian SIM cards and local transport support will be provided if needed.     DescriptionEntropia is based in the University Campus, in the rural area of Rende town, near the city of Cosenza (Calabria, Italy). The Campus is like a small international village, with houses and canteens for students from all over the world. The association has been managing DAM, a space that works both as a cultural center and as a service center, hosting many Italian and international students, young people, and local artists, for several activities. Its main aim is promoting active citizenship, inclusion, solidarity, peace and respect for humans and the planet, through arts, culture and communication. ESC volunteers will stay in our community, engaging in local activities and projects while learning about welcoming practices, language exchanges, digital communication, and organizing cultural events.
