Project “Brave New YOU – Reloaded”, through its activities and people gathered, wants to build trust among different youth communities to co-create together a more inclusive and open-minded Europe. We want to address the issues of hate speech and lack of participation of youth communities experiencing discrimination and exclusion.
We want to empower young people to become community leaders, to identify and deconstruct hateful narratives, and build more inclusive narratives for their communities.
You are the hero of this story and the youth exchange will be your adventure, the place for you to meet other young people, exchange your experiences, opinion and ideas. We will do this together through different learning exercises and tasks, trying out tools and methods that were previously developed during this project. These exercises and methods are addressing the important topics of:
Prejudice and discrimination against Roma people
Gender based violence
Homophobia and Transphobia
Stereotypes and prejudice against rural youth
Racism and racial discrimination
Ethnic stereotyping and segregation
NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training)
Pollution and climate crisis
Prejudice and discrimination against refugees and immigrants
