We are preparing an 8-day youth exchange mobility for 31 young participants aged 16-25 from 6 countries (Slovakia, Georgia, Greece, Cyprus, Ukraine, Armenia).
The main idea of the project is to gather young people from different program and partner countries who at the beginning of their professional career face problems related to the choice of profession, for whom it is difficult to choose the right career paths and to pursue professions that they would enjoy.
Also, many do not know their options, what the labor market offers, they have a weak awareness of their individual competences and they do not have a clear idea of how they can develop professionally. The main goal of youth mobility is to increase the knowledge of young people in current professions.
