The DAFSI project is a 6-day training course in which 20 youth workers from 9 different European countries will come together in A Guarda (Spain) to explore how theatre can be used to explore different social inclusive topics with young people.

The participants will experience the activities proposed and will discover their own performance in the 8 topics selected as well as an additional topic on devising theatre with young people.

Methodology

The methodology used will be based on the Projecting YOUth outcomes, an innovative project that developed a comprehensive methodology to help young people discover their own level of competence in each intelligence.

This course will be led by Juan Escalona Corral, one of the developers of the Projecting YOUth project that has further developed the activities and methodology implementing it in several local and international settings (workshops, E+ training activities, youth projects, rural development programmes…).

Training course is for everyone who is interested in the topic and is in daily contact with youngsters either as a youth worker, teacher, leader, volunteer, is part of any organization where young people are gathering, school or sport clubs, and etc. From the age of 18+.

Participants will be from Italy Italy, Greece Greece, Portugal Portugal, Latvia Latvia, Lithuania Lithuania, Romania Romania and Slovakia Slovakia. There will be 2 participants from each country.

Accommodation HERE and food will be provided and financed from the Erasmus + program during the whole training. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 360 euro and there is 50 euro participation fee.
