The Youth Exchange “Inclusion 4 Everyone” was a project organized by Centro Cultural e Desportivo Estrela do Zezere da Boidobra has as main topic sports as a method and way to overcome inequalities in different areas and to integrate minorities.
The practice of sports activities can play a major role in human development, not only on a physical level but on a cognitive level as well. Sports practice has been associated with the positive development of several soft-skills (eg communication, stress). Some of them are related to the interpersonal skills that can be acquired through the practice of team sports.
