The Training Course InovLand will connect 32 youth workers with over than 18 years old from Bulgaria, Spain, Croatia, Poland, Greece, Italy, Romania, Lithuania, Slovakia and Portugal in Tarouca. The training Course will explore the topics of youth (un)employment at the rural areas, youth entrepreneurship in landscape, agriculture and organic agriculture and youth village opportunities, Erasmus opportunities in rural areas, and other youth issues.
Training course is for everyone who is interested in the topic and would like to travel and meet new people and cultures. From the age of 18+.

. There will be 3 participants from each country.
Accommodation (May be more humble, but schedule and everything else will compensate it) and food will be provided and financed from the Erasmus + program during the whole project. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 360 euro. Detailed information regarding financial procedures are written in FAQ and will be further explained with selected participants.
