AIM:
– To raise awareness on the objectives of The renewed framework for European cooperation in the youth field (2010-2018) with special focus on voluntarism;
– To make self – assessment on leadership competences through the renewed Youth work portfolio as a online tool;
– To improve competences as leadership, communication, self – esteem, organisation, and management of tools and people.
– To be able to prepare, run and evaluate tools and methods on volunteer activities.
– To create new partner network among volunteer organisations and invent together future projects.
