From this youth exchange, participants had a chance to learn:
- To improve the knowledge in sexual health,
- To be responsible in sexual and emotional relationships,
- To be aware on the risks derived from the lack of prevention,
- To remove taboos and preconcept,
- To improve the self-confidence to feel empowered when making decisions about relationships,
- To learn to be responsible for the welfare of yourself and others,
Objectives of the youth exchange:
- Healthy lifestyle (sexual health),
- Responsibility in sexual and emotional relationships,
- Remove taboo and preconception,
- Develop self-confidence,
- Learn to reject unhealthy relationships,
- Don’t be afraid to speak about sex,
Participants of the youth exchange were from Spain 
, Portugal 
and Slovakia 
. There were 6 participants from each country.
