Accompanied Youngsters

Young unaccompanied people transitioning to adulthood need the frame, support and care of their community and peers. “Accompanied Youngsters” is our new 8 days training designed for 22 youth workers from 11 different countries, addressing a holistic professional approach on how to accompany youngsters, coming from contexts of childhood adversity and social risk, without family support.

In this project we will provide you useful tools and knowledge, from social sciences (critical and intersectional approaches to social exclusion), community arts and artistic mediation (poetry and dance), embodiment, and group processes (encounter groups, gestalt therapy and Non Violent Communication).

Participants were from Spain , Hungary , Italy , Turkey , Czechia , Greece , Latvia , Cyprus , North Macedonia , Armenia and Slovakia . There were 2 participants from each country.
