“DOGS” (Diversity of Groups) is a dynamic training course designed to empower Youth Workers with the skills and tools to turn group diversity into a strength. Using Animal-Assisted Non-Formal Education, the project helps YWs to create inclusive learning spaces where every young person can feel valued and actively involved.
What will participants gain?
They will learn how to:
Recognize and support each young person’s unique potential
Understand group needs and dynamics
Design meaningful, fun, and empowering learning experiences
Use peer education to foster collaboration and shared growth
DOGs is not just about inclusion — it’s about creating stronger, more connected groups where everyone can thrive.
Participants profile:
– youth workers, volunteers, mentors, members or collaborators of the partner organizations,
– age > 18,
– experience in the youth field or in working with young people with fewer opportunities,
– motivation and interest in the topics of the project,
– to have positive energy and good social skills (open-minded, willing to help others, flexibility and adaptability),
– be able to share and disseminate what they learned during the course in their organizations and communities.

and Slovakia
. There will be 2 participants from each country.
Accommodation HERE and food will be provided and financed from the Erasmus + program during the whole project. Travel will be reimbursed up to 309 euro. Detailed information regarding financial procedures are written in FAQ and will be further explained with selected participants.
