This is a Youth Exchange co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. The aim of this Erasmus+ project is to empower young individuals from Romania, Hungary, Slovakia and Czechia to embrace sustainable living and enhance their well- being through nature-based activities and non-formal education.
Why?
1. Increase understanding and awareness of mental health issues among young individuals through workshops and non-formal education activities.
2. Establish a supportive community environment where participants feel comfortable discussing mental health, sharing experiences, and offering mutual support.
3. Facilitate cross-cultural exchange activities to promote understanding, tolerance, and empathy among participants, recognizing the diverse factors influencing mental well-being.
4. Create physically and emotionally safe spaces for participants to express themselves, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages authenticity and open communication.
Youth exchange is for everybody who is interested in the topic, want to travel, learn and meet new people and cultures from the age of 15 – 18. Leaders can be older than that.
Participants will be from Romania 
, Hunagry 
, Czechia 
and Slovakia 
. There will be 10 participants from each country.
Accommodation and food will be provided and financed from the Erasmus + program during the whole project. Transport can be arranged by us. Detailed information regarding financial procedures are written in FAQ and will be further explained with selected participants.

Registration is open until form is closed. Closed form mean we already finished choosing participants and therefore it is not possible to apply anymore.
