“Inclusive Threads” is a training course designed to explore the theme of inclusion in the workplace and society.
Objectives
- Increase awareness of inclusion and exclusion dynamics in the workplace and volunteer settings.

Develop self-reflection tools to understand personal identity, privileges, and values.

Analyze migration and inclusion through data, recognizing its role as both a challenge and an opportunity for European societies.

Strengthen intercultural competencies through storytelling, creative expression, and collaborative problem-solving.

Create tangible outputs that participants can bring back to their local contexts.

Empower youth workers to design and facilitate inclusive practices within their organizations.
We are looking for participants of all ages, fluent in English, with experience in youth work, volunteering, or project coordination (especially within ESC). Ideal candidates are motivated to create inclusive and safe spaces in their projects, open to sharing their experiences, and eager to learn practical tools for managing diverse groups from the age of 18+.

and Slovakia
. There will be 3 participants from each country.
Accommodation HERE and food will be provided and financed from the Erasmus + program during the whole project. Travel will be reimbursed up to 309 euro. Detailed information regarding financial procedures are written in FAQ and will be further explained with selected participants.
