The P4P project is designed to address the inclusion, support, and welcome needs of Ukrainian refugees in Europe, aligning with the social and educational inclusion needs of refugee children and youth. With Romania hosting nearly 113,000 Ukrainian refugees since 2022, the project emphasizes the transformative power of sport in fostering social inclusion, creating opportunities, and building friendships among disadvantaged youth.
It aligns with European Youth Goals for inclusive societies, mental health and wellbeing, and space and participation for all. Drawing on the European Commission’s report and the UNHCR Sport Strategy, P4P aims to create a network among sport clubs, organizations, and NGOs to use sport’s healing power to support refugees and exchange good practices.
This conference will promote and strengthen the project management profession locally and regionally. The participants could benefit from exposure to new people and new ideas. This conference will provide professional benefits for coaches, PE teachers, youthworkers who work with refugees. This conference is planned as a hybrid conference.
This training course is for everybody who is interested in the topic, want to travel, learn and meet new people and cultures from the age of 18+
Participants will be from Turkey 
, Hungary 
, Romania 
and Slovakia 
. There will be 4 participants from each country.
Accommodation and food will be provided and financed from the Erasmus + program during the whole project. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275 euro. Detailed information regarding financial procedures are written in FAQ and will be further explained with selected participants.

Registration is open until form is closed. Closed form mean we already finished choosing participants and therefore it is not possible to apply anymore.
