Roots of Compassion is an Erasmus+ training course aimed at personal development practitioners, who are looking to include more nature-based and reflective practices into their daily life and work. Through non-formal and experiential methods we will belooking to connect with the nature within and around us and how we can use it as a guide to inspire positive attitudes and enhance our awareness.
