Zhrnutie o čom výmena bola: 

STARTUPPER was a youth exchange that wanted to give to participants an experience to approach the world of innovation and entrepreneurship. During this week through workshops, team work with experts, participants gained and increased entrepreneural skills and the awareness of entreperneurship as an opportunity of professional growth. In particular they had the opportunity to know the world of start up and to meet and have a dialogue with the “startuppers” of the region and know their companies.

In addition to this, taking into consideration that nowadays there is constant change where teconologies are multiplying, man doesn’t always use innovations for good but to dwstroy things, we wanted to follow another educational “fil rouge” the aesthetic one, with which to bring participants the knowledge of acquiring the value of beauty, to the harmony that nature shows us and that not always inspires man’s action , so that young people could learn to realize something not only that functions or is right but that it can also transmit positive emotions and strong values regarding our civil coexistence. So through outdoor activities participants reflected on the creation of our natural world and its artistic beauty.

The objectives of this exchange were:
1) Developing greater our knowledge and respect towards different cultures;
2) to remove psicological and cultural barriers to facilitate the access of young people to entrepreneurship, and stimulate curiosity and creativity
3) awareness about entrepreneural skills, ability to develop in team a business idea and draft a business plan .
4) stimulate an active participation in the local community
5) instill into the participants the sense of the beauty as a goal and the limitation of human actions.

ACTIVITIES: The activities, conducted by several non formal methodologies, were: ice breaking and team building, intercultural learning, participated activities on themes such as work groups to experience and develop a business idea, meeting with young startuppers of the region to discover more on the world of start up and innovation, intercultural evening,outdoor activities and excursions in the territory.
