Zhrnutie o čom tréning bol:
The project was based on non-formal education methodology and holistic approach. Participants leveraged their skills and knowledge with activities such as brainstorming, group work, simulations, presentations, role-play, discussion, open space and other methods proposed by experienced trainers.
Aims of the training course were:
•to introduce and understand social phenomena such as inclusion and exclusion, youth with fewer opportunities (marginalized), hate speech;
•to learn about coaching as a method of youthwork;
•to create an open resource promoting coaching as a tool of youthwork;
•to learn examples of locally implemented projects based on individual support and to explore multicultural dimension of today’s Europe;
•to promote intercultural education by using methods of non-formal learning.
Na tréningu boli účastníci zo 7 krajín: Chorvátska, Talianska, Litvy, Macedónska, Rumunska, Poľska a Slovenska.
