Citizens Occupy Rural Europe (CORE) is a Europe for Citizens project involving 5 different countries: Portugal, Malta, Italy, Slovakia and Austria. CORE will impact directly european citizens and has the aims to empower the citizens, with a bigger focus on the ones in rural areas, tackling the importance of the European Union, their own culture and to promote their active participation as European citizens.
Our aim is for the citizens to feel closer and as they belong to Europe by giving them tools and promote active participation where they can debate, share and build their own perspectives and give continuity to this thinking for a less eurosceptic and better future for Europe.

Deň Európy ktorý pripadá na 9. máj sme si pripomenuli aj v obci Lendak, kde sme prezentovali možnosti neformálneho vzdelávania a cestovania s ADEL Slovakia

Project objectives
- Explore how physical activity and mindfulness support mental health and emotional balance
- Share self-care tools and techniques for handling stress, anxiety, andeveryday challenges
- Improve communication, empathy, and teamwork in an intercultural group
- Connect with new friends from across Europe and learn about their cultures

- Learn about Erasmus+ and how it fosters wellbeing, inclusion, and youth participation
- Co-create a digital guide with tips for healthy living and a positive mindset ♀️
Youth exchange is for everybody who is interested in the topic, want to travel, learn and meet new people and cultures from the age of 18 – 30. Leader can be older than that.
Participants will be from Ukraine

. There will be 6 participants from each country.
Accommodation HERE and food will be provided and financed from the Erasmus + program during the whole project. Travel will be reimbursed up to 395 euro. Detailed information regarding financial procedures are written in FAQ and will be further explained with selected participants.
