“Me – Universe Creator” project is a youth exchange about how to work with the subconscious, combat stress and reach mental wellbeing. Now young people are forced to live in constant stress. The project aim is to help young people with their mental health. Project participants will be able to become much more competent in the issue of mental health. Participants will gain new knowledge and practical tools for working with the subconscious, their lives will become calmer, more conscious and happier.
