Our international youth exchange “Healthy Inspirations” will take place on 12–19.08.2022 in Wierzchosławice (just outside city of Tarnów, 70km from Kraków). We will gather 42 people from Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Portugal,Lithuania. Each group is 6 youth (18-30) plus 1 leader with no age limit. During the exchange we will use various tools and elements of nonfromal and informal education methods to better understand themes: Physical and mental health and well-being, Information and communication technologies (ICT), Digital skills and competences.
Together we have prepared interesting activities based on nonfromal and informal education methods, such as games, integration activities, workshops, presentations, discussions, national evenings, etc. By full participation in these learning process we want to develop competences which will allow us to better understand the worldn around us, take smarter decisions and give valuable, positive input to our local communities, countries and whole Europe.
Youth Exchange is for everyone who is interested in the topic more, to meet new people and culture and wants to travel abroad from the age of 18 until 30, leader can be anyone over 18 with at least little experience with projects or working with youngsters.

. There will be 7 participants from each country.
Accommodation HERE and food will be provided and financed from the Erasmus + program during the whole training. Travel will be arranged by us with a transport company from a city closest to majority and there is 30 euro fee (which can be returned after the project by doing a local event, more info will be given after returning back home)
