Youth exchange objectives were:
- to provide participants with tools that develop their leadership skills (in order to motivate them for becoming active citizens),
- to develop concrete leadership skills such as: intercultural communication and public speaking, team building,
facilitation, conflict management, - to build a new network composed by young people with the aim to involve them in youth activities supported by Erasmus+ and other youth programmes.
Youth exchange was for young people between 18 – 26 years old. Participants were from Poland

, Lithuania 
, Latvia 
, Romania 
and Slovakia 
. There were 7 participants from each country.
