Quiet Mind in Busy World – The digital era brings along a complex set of different challenges and opportunities. In the increasingly more digital world the abuse of technology and lack of proper rest from it has become a problem of the modern lifestyle. Not only does it affect mental health and contribute to the cause of headache, eyestrain, social distancing, shorter attention span, disconnection, etc. but also hinder the effective use of technology or digital tools and lower productivity of the user. Smart, informed and well-targeted actions are important to develop relevant competences and safe tools to prevent and manage the risks of the digital era.

Therefore the aim of the project is to inform and teach techniques and practises to help youth workers and leaders become more aware of the need to calm their minds, ways to do it, remind the importance of physical connection, and the result a healthy use of technology has on productivity and well-being for themselves and the young people they work with.

Activities – We’ll spend a considerable amount of time on practices of Meditation, Yoga, Reflection, Western Philosophy, and healthy communication.

Training course is mostly for youth workers, teachers, leaders, volunteers or for everybody who are interested in the topic, want to travel, learn and meet new people and cultures from the age of 18+.
