Summary what was TC about:
Training course was for young people who already participated in some youth exchange and would like to become youth leaders on some other youth exchanges.
What participants did during Youth Leaders Training?
- Discovered what is adventure-based-learning,
- Learn how to manage the project and lead the group (project management, group development, role of the leader in group processes, monitoring and evaluation),
- Discussed responsibilities and obligations of youth leaders.
Počas tréningu prebiehali workshopy ako:
- raft building,
- adventure-based learning – advanced,
- workshop about group development – leadership,
- workshop about group development – relation of leader and participants,
- non-formal education – how to design a learning session,
- designing new tools,
- toolbox of a good facilitator,
