Europe leads towards diversity

”Europe leads towards diversity” is trying to highlight the effect of diversity which perfectly assist our societies to grow, through working with youth and start the foundation from early stage. They key to work always is the equity between participants and equity is the logical aspect since all participants profiles aren’t the same.
Discrimination had reached the root of our societies and it is everywhere regardless of all the agreements signed where EU is protecting your rights before the law can be broken down into different categories and are protected by the European Commission for example:
1. In 2000 against discrimination on grounds of race and ethnic origin.
2. In 2000 against discrimination at work on grounds of religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation.
3. In 2006 equal treatment for men and women in matters of employment and occupation.
4. In 2004 equal treatment for men and women in the access to and supply of goods and services.
5.Proposal 2008 against discrimination based on age, disability, sexual orientation and religion or belief beyond the workplace.

Despite all these aspects, still the discrimination destroys years of work and smoother integration and push back years. However, assisting youth throughout the project and building more of it will create a positive impact on them and following the communities. Discrimination is not only affecting the youth visibly, but there is a huge impact that is not seen which is hidden psychological and health issues created based on discrimination which ends by harming themselves and in some cases harming others. The project mainly aims to change the community look towards diversity as differences and struggles to enrichment and fresh ideas and minds. The proper use of the diversity can create a unique society with modern solutions and add new aspects to the community.

Youth exchange is for everybody who are interested in the topic, want to travel, learn and meet new people and cultures from the age of 18 – 29. Leaders can be older than that.
