The Youth Exchange “Inclusion 4 Everyone” was a project organized by Centro Cultural e Desportivo Estrela do Zezere da Boidobra has as main topic sports as method and way to overcome inequalities in different areas and to integrat minoritie.
The practice of sports activities can play a mojor role in human development, not only on a physical level but on a cognitive level as well. Sports practice has been associated with the positive development of several soft-skills (e.g. communication, stress). Some of them are related to the interpersonal skills that can be acquired through the practice of team sports.
