Typ projektu:

Fear of being honest, while not being rejected, hurting others or being misunderstood reflects the reality of the modern Europe, which has become a very open, but still competitive, superficial and not always welcoming place, where people still are wearing masks in order to fit in and follow the social and cultural rigid norms and many times not so functional traditions.

Current youthworkers live and work within this environment. It is important to stay on the ground with both feet, not letting the youth workers (and youth) be manipulated or ruled over with different opinions, fake news, attitudes, ideologies or panic, but staying truth to themselves, being authentic, brave, conscious and resilient adult role models for the young people, they work with. This may inspire, motivate and support the youth to be more self-aware, proactive, less prone to manipulation and able to establish and keep meaningful connections and relationships, aiming for a better society and life in it.

Supporting this need our project is focusing on the topic of authenticity, spontaneity, non-violent communication, radical honesty altogether with inspiration from movement and nature.

Training course is for everyone who is interested in the topic and is in daily contact with youngsters either as a youth worker, teacher, leader, volunteer, is part of any organization where young people are gathering, school or sport clubs, and etc. From the age of 20+.
