Building the future together

This project focuses on empowering NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) youth, a vulnerable segment of society, by equipping youth workers from six partnerorganizations with entrepreneurial skills. According to 2022 Eurostat data, 13.2% ofyoung people aged 22-32 in the EU were classified as NEET, facing prolonged inactivity,mental health challenges, and limited support from public or private entities. The projectaims to address these issues by training youth workers to mentor NEET youth, thereby fostering their integration into society and the labor market. The project’s main objectives are to provide youth workers with essential skills to developand implement entrepreneurial mentoring programs for NEETs. Additionally, it aims to empower NEETs through entrepreneurial education, promoting proactive behavior, community engagement, and social integration. The project will also enhance critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and overall mindset among participants. Expected outcomes include improved entrepreneurial skills among youth workers, enhanced capacity to support NEETs, and the development of key competencies such as innovation, strategic planning, leadership, risk assessment, and adaptability. Ultimately, the project seeks to promote entrepreneurship and strategic thinking, encouraginggreater social participation within the target group.

Youth exchange is for everybody who is interested in the topic, want to travel, learn and meet new people and cultures from the age of 18 – 30. Leaders can be older than that.
