Digital – New Level of Safety

The goal of internet safety is to minimise a user’s personal security risks to their private information and property when using the internet, as well as their own self-protection from computer crime. However, online safety and data privacy and security are frequently not thought of as being of great value, especially among young people, and they seldom ever take further measures or utilise privacy technologies to secure their safety on the internet. In the era of online fraud, identity theft, stalking, and other crimes, we feel this subject to be of utmost significance.

Project‘s objectives:

• To improve digital safety of participants, decrease irresponsible online behaviour;
• To learn about benefits of using privacy tools for participants, local communities;
• To change attitude and behaviour with private personal data, using improved digital skills for participants and local communities.

Participants were from Lithuania , Poland , Romania , Greece , Italy , Germany and Slovakia . There were 7 participants from each country.
