Rural Youth Activism for better Green Community

“Rural Youth Activism for better Green Community” is a youth exchange project focused on creation conditions which enable Rural Youth to fulfill their potential in their community and to establish a positive image of rural areas.
During of Youth Exchange, in total 20 youth from 2 different countries (9 participants + 1 team leader) will have a chance to engage in non-formal activities, to become active citizens, to connect to the European project as well as to acquire and develop competences for life and their professional future. What is more they will strengthen self-awareness and one’s own competencies and abilities in communication, organization, expression through activities for increasing activism and engagement of peers in their local community.

Objectives
– To increase participation and activism of Rural Youth through digital tools and participating in non-formal activities together with their peers from 2 European countries.

– To foster intercultural learning among Rural Youth, living in 2 different countries, by promoting green practices and environmentally sustainable and responsible behavior among participants.

– To empower digital skills of Rural Youth by using digital platforms in youth participation and activism activities.

Youth exchange is for everyone who is interested in the topic and would like to travel and meet new people and cultures. Between the age of 16 – 30, leader can be over 30.
